What is the return policy?

All orders (except sale items, earrings and our custom collection) can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 14 days with proof of purchase. Return shipping is not included. Sale items are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.

What is the exchange policy?

All orders (except sale items, earrings and our custom collections) can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days with proof of purchase. During the holiday season, we offer an extended 60-day exchange window. Purchases made between November 1st to December 31st at midnight can be exchanged within 60 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, google pay, Apple Pay, Discover.

How can I track my order?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information.

Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?

We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs tax/duty charges but sometimes it is out of our control. If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for the payment of them as it is out of our hands at that point. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information on taxes and duties.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your item's weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable, however, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers.

Where are my items coming from?

All of our items are handcrafted by our artisans in China and shipped out of our fulfillment house worldwide.

Can I update my shipping address?

Please check your address on your confirmation email, which you should have received after your purchase. If there is a mistake with your address, please contact us atinfo@auraxjewels.com as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has left our factory, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. In that case, please contact delivery company (once the tracking is updated) to intercept the package and provide the new address to them directly.
Failure to provide a correct shipping address may result in delayed or misdelivered packages. In such cases, our company is not liable for any losses or damages incurred.

The item I received doesn't look like the picture on the website.

Genuine stones naturally vary in color and size. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product pictured. We take great pride in ensuring that the product images in our online catalog represent the look and quality of the items our customers receive. Should this not be the case, please send a photo of the item you received toinfo@auraxjewels.comso we can confirm that the correct product was shipped.

My item is broken

Our products are handcrafted with care with strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of your item and receipt to info@auraxjewels.com.

Will my item look the same as it does on the website?

Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product pictured. We aim to make our photos and descriptions as accurate as possible. Due to the natural variability of gemstones and individual device displays, there may be a slight color variation.
